Lead with Principle - Innovate with Purpose - Inspire with Passion

Leadership styles – leadership books – leadership tapes and leadership advice populate the world of executive reading as we seek ways in which to move staff towards being active players in reaching the goals of an organization. Whether the organizational leaders are experienced or a novice, the need for learning and understanding what motivates others, as well as themselves, is critical in ensuring that their style is appropriate and motivational. This presentation will engage the audience in a discussion around how one may approach leadership through a framework that is grounded in principle, purpose and passion.
