Webinars
Effective immediately and for Webinar purposes only, HFMA Wisconsin is reaching out to it's respected committee members, speakers, friends, and sponsors to extend our "Call for Presentations" for the 2017-2018 webinar year to present 1-2 webinars a month. We express our sincere gratitude and truly appreciate your hard work and dedication and would like to extend an offer for you to submit a Request for Presentation.
HFMA Wisconsin members look for presentations that will appeal to, challenge, energize and educate the audience. To meet the needs of our membership, who serve all consumers, we seek presenters and presentations that have both domestic and global appeal and represent geographical, racial, gender and age diversity. If you have expertise in the following categories, we ask that you go to the website link http://www.hfmaregion7.com/webinar.html and fill out the necessary questionnaire. This information when it is complete, will be re-directed to the webinar committee for review.
Topics should include anything that is a pressing issue for healthcare administrators or that would provide participants with information to better themselves and their career. It is important that the presentations are educational in nature and do not reflect direct sales or infer any business solicitations.
Webinars are 60-minute telephone conference calls which are held on either a Tuesday or Thursday between 12:00-1:00 Central Time. This includes a presentation on our standard HFMA template which would include your agenda, goals and objectives, a Q&A period (if time permits),up to 5 poll questions throughout the presentation, and an electronic handout to provide to participants. This format allows an unlimited amount of people to listen in from one room.
