He provides unmatched solutions to the process optimization and information systems management for sustainable revenue cycle improvement. His process design optimized performance and delivered a predictable outcome with an annual 10 percent cash gain, while increasing patient and staff satisfaction. He previously worked as a consultant for large HIT company, implementing revenue cycle enterprise IT systems. Prior to working in the healthcare industry he was a master data coordinator for Target Canada, which marked the largest-ever single year of store openings. What are 3 words to describe your company? evidence-based treatment What does a typical day look like for you? I specialize in revenue cycle optimization. My typical days consist of Cerner revenue cycle enterprise architecture, process development, cash flow optimization, and management of PFS & Revenue Cycle teams. What is on your wish list for the next 10 years? I currently hold 5 certifications including HFMA's CSBI and CRCR. My goal for this summer is to complete Certified Specialist in Managed Care amd Project Management Professional (PMP). In addition, I am a full time MBA student and plan to complete my degree by March 2018. My goals before I turn 30 are: complete MBA degree, PMP certification, Green Belt and Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification, HFMA Fellow & Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP), develop financial strategy for a health system and bet industry KPI. English is my 3rd language and I learned it less than 10 years ago. I graduated from University of Minnesota and I absolutely love MN & WI.
