Dear Fellow WI HFMA Member, It’s that time of year again! No, not Christmas, but the annual HFMA Member Satisfaction Survey! HFMA National and your Wisconsin HFMA Chapter will be very interested in your feedback with this year’s survey. The survey will be emailed on October 12th. I have just recently returned from HFMA’s Fall President’s Meeting and I am excited about the direction HFMA is heading. HFMA has been working on the Chapters 2.0 initiative, Enterprise Business Solutions for healthcare systems, and a centralized HFMA event registration system. You will be seeing exciting, strategic changes to HFMA in the very near future, which will align to the changing healthcare landscape. Before you complete the survey, I would like to highlight the WI Chapter’s accomplishments since our last Member Satisfaction Survey in October 2016.
Current work-in-progress initiatives to be implemented within the next few months include Healthcare Finance 101 Regional Events and the Ambassador Program. Also, networking opportunities, webinars, and certification continue to be strong programs for WI HFMA. Thank you for taking a few minutes of your time to complete HFMA’s Member Satisfaction Survey within the next couple of weeks. Your feedback is very important to us! Best regards, Pam J.
