He spends 100% of his time in the health care industry, which allows him to clearly focus his energies, professional education, and skill development for the direct benefit of his clients. Rick Ensenbach Mr. Rick Ensenbach is an information security professional with over 40 years of experience, who holds a number of internationally recognized certifications. Mr. Ensenbach is currently a director with Wipfli LLP Health Care Risk Advisory Services practice, focusing on helping healthcare organizations with strategic planning, regulatory compliance, program and policy development. Mr. Ensenbach has worked for a diverse range of organizations to include federal and state government, creating and managing information security programs. Mr. Ensenbach has served as the President of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) Minnesota chapter and President of the Upper Midwest Security Alliance, both of which he still serves in an executive advisory capacity. Steve McCarthy President and CEO, Curative Connections Steve McCarthy has more than 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector in operations, organizational advancement, public policy and executive leadership. Since 2012, Steve has served as president and CEO of Curative Connections, a regional nonprofit serving northeast Wisconsin people with disabilities, older adults, people with neurological impairments, individuals with mental health and/or addictions concerns, and more. Steve facilitates the Population Health Partnership, a collaboration with Bellin Health, Prevea/HSHS, Family Care and IRIS providers, community providers and others who share the vision of improving the health and well-being of older adults and people with disabilities in the long-term care system in northeast Wisconsin.
Kathy Stephenson Managed Care Team Leader, Bellin Health Kathy has been working in the health care industry her entire career. She is a Registered Nurse with a wide clinical nursing background including medical/surgical nursing, OR and Rehabilitation. Kathy has worked with regional and state wide commercial insurance carriers (Network Health Plan and WPS Health Insurance) for the past 25 years in the capacity of Utilization Management, Quality/NCQA accreditation, and Managed Care Contracting. Most recently, she has been employed by Bellin Health and Bellin Health Partners ACO in a joint role, overseeing the contracting responsibilities for Bellin Health and its ACO. In addition, she oversees a team responsible for revenue recovery/denials management.
Denise M. Gloede RN, MSN VP, Clinically Integrated Network, Post-Acute, ThedaCare Denise has spent over 20 years working in post-acute care settings including hospice, palliative care, home care, and long-term care. She has held both clinical and business development leadership roles. Denise is currently the VP of post-acute care with ThedaCare and oversees their home health, home infusion, hospice, palliative care, home medical equipment, home respiratory, pastoral care, skilled nursing, assisted living, and senior living divisions. She is passionate about engaging with staff and leaders to deliver the best care possible.
Julie Meyer, MPS Director - Behavioral Health, ThedaCare Julie Meyer, MPS, serves as the Director of Behavioral Health for ThedaCare. In this role she is responsible for the operational leadership and strategic direction of behavioral health for the organization. In her capacity as Director of Behavioral Health at ThedaCare, Julie serves on the board of Catalpa and The N.E.W. Mental Health Connection. Prior to her time at ThedaCare, Julie served as the Vice President of a large community based behavioral health provider in Arkansas where she oversaw eleven rural based mental health clinics and had responsibility over the strategic development of the Arkansas service line.
