Name: Brittany Tillman
Organization Name: State Collections Service Inc.
Tell us a little about yourself: I have worked in healthcare since my freshman year in high school starting out at an orthopedic clinic in Dearborn, Michigan. In 2010, I graduated from Central Michigan University with a degree in political science. Quickly, after working in the political arena I realize the business side of healthcare was more intriguing. I decided to move to Wisconsin in 2011 and started working for Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare (WFHC). In 2013, State Collection Services partnered with WFHC by running their early out business call center. I was chosen to go over to State to help with the transition and after a very positive experience, I decided to stay at State. I am fortunate to be able to continue on the WFHC project and today I handle all the escalated billing related complaints. In May, I graduated with my MBA from Mt. Mary University. In addition, I currently live in West Bend with my husband Matt.
