Entry Requirements for In-Person Attendees
HFMA Wisconsin Chapter is committed to providing a safe event and the Board of Directors has voted to require in-person event attendees to show proof of vaccination or negative COVID test within 72 hours before entering the 2021 Women in Healthcare Leadership networking social and/or conference.
Two options are available:
1. Present green CLEAR Health Pass at registration station.
2. Present documentation of vaccination or a negative COVID test within 72 hours of entry AND a photo ID at the registration station.
Option #1: CLEAR Health Pass
Simply start by downloading the free CLEAR app and following the instructions below:
A green Health Pass means you’re good to go! Show it to the registration station when you arrive at the conference. Still have questions? Watch a quick tutorial here.
With CLEAR, you are always in control of your information. The 2021 Women in Healthcare Leadership Conference only receives confirmation that an attendee satisfied the requirements for access with the equivalent of a red or green result — and never has access to an individual’s private health data. For further information on how CLEAR protects user data, see the member terms here.
Need further assistance with Health Pass? Contact CLEAR’s Member Care team directly in the CLEAR app, by calling 1-855-CLEARME (253-2763), or through email at memberservices@clearme.com
Please note: Usage of the CLEAR Health Pass is encouraged to streamline registration and maintain a discreet registration process. If for any reason you do not use the CLEAR Health Pass, please be prepared to present documentation of vaccination or a negative COVID test within 72 hours of entry and a photo ID at the registration station.
Note for testing: The Health Pass app lists preferred providers that allow for integration, and attendees are suggested to select one of these locations for testing. PCR and rapid antigen tests will be accepted. If using a non-listed provider, please present your test results and photo ID manually at the registration station at the conference.
Option #2: Present information at registration station
Present documentation of vaccination or a negative COVID test within 72 hours of entry AND a photo ID at the registration station.
